These (3) ladies - Marti, Brittany, & Kat go more than the extra mile to accommodate the customers needs, their follow-up on Insurance issues are unmatched by any other company I have dealt with. The ladies are kind, considerate, very knowable on Insurance issues and do not give up until the situation gets resolved, no matter what or how long it takes.

"Marti is absolutely awesome. When I first switched to State Farm she made it absolutely painless. I’ve dealt with some companies that were quite difficult before. She was patient in answering all my questions and quick to get me a much better rate. I’ve had to make changes a few times and she is always right on top of getting back to me and getting those changes made in the same day. She has been so fantastic that I recommended her to my son. She also had him all taken care of and saving enough to buy a brand new 2026 in just a few hours. He was also very pleased with how easy she made it for him. She is great and greatly appreciated."

"Gosh! I can't believe I haven't left a review before now! I've had all my policies over the years with Bob and his team! They are all amazing to work with, super friendly, knowledgeable, and will take the time to explain things if you have questions. They also don't judge you if you're a serial procrastinator about updating your odometer readings.
